Studio vibes! The Parlotones are working on our next album, due for release in 2018. I make my way to High Seas Studio in Rosebank, and meet up with the band and producers to work on our parts.

Gym time. I love to be as active as my time allows. If all else fails, then I head to Virgin Active, switch off from the outside world and do my fitness thing.
