Meet Eloise and Alex Windebank from Farro

With impressive résumés citing the likes of iconic London gastropub, The Ape and Bird; dynamic husband and wife team Eloise and Alex Windebank traded the overrun restaurant scene for the grit of Johannesburg, to pursue their collective dream of opening a restaurant.  Having spent just four months eating their way across the United States, the couple had an idea for their passion project; but getting to know the city of Johannesburg and its’ needs took more time than they originally thought.
