Cocktail of the week: chai blush martini

Hello Joburgers, this week our cocktail of the week is none other than the chai blush martini. Made with Musgrave Pink Gin, this beautiful and opulent blush martini is laced with chai flavours and a subtle hint of cranberry. Bottoms up!

Ingredients:

50ml Musgrave Pink Gin
25ml chai syrup (200ml strong chai tea, 200g sugar, simmer on stove until desired consistency)
25ml cranberry juice
15ml lemon juice
1 egg white

Method:

Shake, dry shake and strain.
