If an evening of world-class entertainment sounds like something that you’d be keen to experience, then continue reading… because this one’s an absolute winner. ULTRA South Africa is Africa’s largest electronic music festival, and will be returning for its 5th anniversary! Believe us when we say Hello Joburgers, you do not want to miss this spectacular event!
The state-of-the-art stage setups combined with the world’s best DJs make for a truly unforgettable festival experience, so it’s no wonder that ULTRA South Africa has become a must-attend event on the local music landscape.
On a global scale, Ultra Music Festival will be gearing up for its 20th anniversary at the flagship event in Miami in 2018, with South Africa celebrating the 5th year of the local event in the same year. This is a momentous year for the brand and the organisers have guaranteed that the 2018 festivals will be bigger and better (if that’s even possible) than ever before!
Since day 1, Nasrec has been the home to ULTRA SA in Joburg, and will once again play host to this incredible music show. The stellar line-up includes the return of musical heavyweights Armin van Buuren and Hardwell, but the festival has certainly upped the ante by adding headliners Axwell Λ Ingrosso, Afrojack and Dubfire to the mix. Did we mention that Black Coffee, Carnage, and Mala will also be bringing the house down? And that’s just the ones we know about! There’s plenty more to come. When we said this was unmissable, we were not joking.
Who wouldn’t want to see a combination of the most diverse electronic talent with the most technologically advanced, large-scale festival production in the world?
We firmly believe that this event is proof of how a world-renowned dance music festival should look. Festival-goers are in for another mind-blowing electronic music experience this year, and we can’t wait!
