This month we’re shaking up an exotic and exquisite cocktail made with fragrant, sweet litchi juice blended with an immense amount of coconut water and milk. The milky, frothy Litchi Samba is so delicious you’ll start having these bad boys instead of dessert on the regular!

Glass: Napoli filled with cubed ice and wrapped with a banana leaf

2 shots citrus vodka
½ shot elderflower cordial
½ shot cold pressed lemon juice
2 shots coconut water
2 shots litchi juice
1 shot coconut milk
Banana leaf, litchi and mint sprig (to garnish)
Fill your cocktail shaker with cubed ice.
Pour the ingredients into the shaker and shake vigorously until the tin is frosted.
Using a cocktail strainer, strain the ingredients into a Napoli glass.
Garnish with a litchi and mint sprig.
