Who doesn’t love bubbles? We have a delicious alternative to a glass of champagne that still has all the sparkle. Even if you have nothing to celebrate, it’s the perfect drink for the start of an evening.
Classic Champagne Cocktail
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
1 sugar cube
1 lemon rind to garnish
Pour the bitters over the sugar cube. The best way to do this is on a spoon.
Put the Angostura bitters sugar cube into a champagne flute. Add the champagne. And it’s as easy as that!
