Why risk traffic and weather when SA’s most loved shopping centre provides all your favourite…
Hello Joburgers, we can all agree that there’s no one like mom. With Mother’s Day around the corner, we also know that life can get in the way of you finding the perfect gift to show her just how special she is to you.
This Mother’s Day weekend, Cresta Shopping Centre has your back and will become more than a shopping destination to find the ultimate gift – it will be the perfect host for you to celebrate the main lady in your life.

Get ready to turn your Mother’s Day celebration into a family affair with an all-round entertainment experience. On 12 May 2019, you can enjoy the soothing sounds of a two-piece band while you enjoy a long, lazy lunch at the Food and Entertainment Court. If you’re out and about on the hunt for the perfect gift, you can also catch roaming live music across the centre.
Speaking of the perfect gift, nothing beats a personalized item made with a sprinkle of love. Give the little ones a chance to show of their creative DIY skills at the Craft Zone, where they can customise their own Mother’s Day cards from scratch. The Craft Zones will be located outside Mugg & Bean and the Nino’s Court (Lower Level by HP Store), right next to a gift-wrapping kiosk where we can help add that extra touch of thoughtfulness to your presents.

With all that shopping going on, you’ll need a place to take a break and indulge in some comfort. Our Family Room is dubbed as an oasis for parents and one of its kind in the Food and Entertainment court. Equipped with a kitchenette, trolley parking, play area, nursing room with a rocking chair, and family bathrooms. This facility was introduced as a haven for parents with young children, from new-borns to toddlers. The space allows mums or dads with a little one, some timeout from the hustle and bustle of the centre so that they can feed or change their child, or just let them play and work off the extra energy before they get back to shopping.
