That’s why culinary artists at Granny Mouse Country House & Spa, Kirstie du Toit & Wayland Green are constantly coming up with new ideas for dishes that show style and flair and position finesse and position The Eaves Restaurant as one of the top fine dining establishments in the KZN Midlands.
“Updating our menu is one of our top priorities and we prepare for months in advance, sketching, trying and testing dishes we believe will set the bar higher each time. We are excited to launch this new menu and hope that each any every guest that experiences our offering will enjoy it through each and every bite,” comments Wayland Green.
The Eaves boasts a number of new dishes on their Degustation Menu coupled with a wine pairing, including a super yummy Brie & Roast Tomato Parcel, Grilled Aubergine & Ginger Sushi Rice and lots more.
As with most menus there is also an a la Carte option for patrons with a variety of delicious dishes available – and as a bonus, all of the dishes presented in the 5 course menu are also available for guests on the a la Carte menu!
Patrons who have a bit of a sweet tooth, will love to indulge in the selection of desserts which have only changed slightly due to demand from the guests.
New items include Chocolate Variations (consisting of Bar One parcel, chocolate mousse cup, peppermint ice cream cone & bamkuchen) as well as lemon curd cake (lime jelly, lemon sorbet & cream mousse) Can you say yum!
