Jackson’s RFM makes real food, real good

Jan 19, 2017, Author: Hello Joburg

Friends don’t let friends eat unethically, right? So, we live in a fast paced, progressive society and sometimes, we tend to neglect our health. This is where Jacksons comes in. “We only support passionate, small farmers who practice old fashion, organically grown or reared methods. We believe in food in its purest state. Educating the consumer and quality go hand in hand. We want you to know how it was grown or raised, how it was treated or farmed and where it’s from. The more the customer knows about the product the better,” says Gary Jackson, the brainchild behind this extraordinary grocery store.

They launched at the end of September 2016 and we still can’t get enough of Jacksons Real Food Market! There’s so much we respect about this brand, especially with their new location in Bryanston, Jacksons is everything that’s right with the world.

First and foremost, let’s take a moment for the caffeine addicts, as they’re sure to celebrate the fact that Jackson’s serves Origin Coffee. Secondly, they have their own juice bar! Thirdly, there’s a patisserie. Yes you heard us right – a scone making, croissant smelling, cookie breathing patisserie! Did we mention there’s an open rooftop space – perfect for yoga sessions, birthday parties, live music… we could go on.

We haven’t even gotten to the cherry on top. There’s a sit down restaurant too! Now you can shop, take a seat and order some delish, ethically sourced produce. It’s the kind of food that won’t leave feeling sluggish or bloated.

Grab your shopping cart and stock up on organic fruits and vegetables from local farmers, wood fired, freshly baked bread (dietary specific, of course) and some of the best dairy and eggs in town because hey, your body is a garden, not a graveyard.

Address: 300 Bryanston Drive. Entry on St. James Crescent
