The Palazzo – offers world class facilities for both leisure and business travellers. Four flexible meeting spaces and event venues are on offer that can accommodate up to 50 delegates. These range from boardrooms which accommodate 10-12 guests to larger venues for up to 50 guests. Rosa, overlooking the rose garden enhances the Palazzo with a tranquil and unique venue for small events, special occasions and intimate functions for between 45-70 guests, depending on set up style.

The Medeo restaurant at the Palazzo hotel is headed up by Executive Chef Gareth Jordaan. The menu is inspired by flavours of the Mediterranean, and includes carefully selected South African and International wines as well as Tsogo Sun’s rare auction wines. The restaurant offers a choice of both al fresco and opulent in door dining. Guests can enjoy beautiful views across the tranquil gardens, and there are plenty of quiet corners for those wanting to share an intimate meal. Sunday buffet lunches are also available on the last Sunday of each month in Medeo and High tea is served daily between 14h00-17h00. Wine pairing evenings are hosted monthly in Rosa.
