Non-alcoholic bubbly cocktails you can make in minutes

Add some sparkle to your next lockdown house party with these tasty cocktail recipes made with Robertson Winery’s Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wines. From a grapefruit and rosemary sparkle to orange and thyme mimosas, we have a drink for every occasion.

GRAPEFRUIT & ROSEMARY SPARKLE 

INGREDIENTS: 

Crushed Ice  

Grapefruits  

Rosemary, chopped  

RW Non-Alcoholic Dry Sparkling White  

METHOD: 

Add crushed ice to a glass and fill the glass halfway with fresh grapefruit juice. Add the chopped rosemary and top up with RW Non-Alcoholic Dry Sparkling White.

ROSÉ-JITO 

INGREDIENTS: 

Mint  

2 limes, sliced  

Crushed ice  

200ml soda water  

RW Non-Alcoholic Sweet Sparkling Rosé

METHOD:  

Add six sprigs of mint and sliced limes into a jug. Muddle together in jug for mint and lime flavours to release. Top up with RW Non-Alcoholic Sweet Sparkling Rosé. Add edible gold dust to castor sugar. Dip rims of glasses in water and then dip in gold sugar. Top up glasses with rosé-jito mix and serve.

ORANGE & THYME MIMOSAS 

INGREDIENTS:  

Oranges, sliced for garnish  

Orange juice  

Sprigs of thyme  

RW Non-Alcoholic Sweet Sparkling  White

METHOD:  

Pour orange juice into a jug and add sprigs of thyme. Mix through. Pour orange-thyme mix into glasses to fill halfway. Add slices of orange. Top up with RW Non-Alcoholic Sweet Sparkling White.
