Awesome news! Secret Sunrise is delighted to be bringing you SUCO, a unique morning of conscious goodness. This is literally a silent disco, and also the perfect space for you to connect, make friends and let go while getting active outdoors.
They utilise breathwork, meditation, yoga, dance, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and much much more to give you an all-in-one workout. You will be given a wireless headphone on arrival and then experienced facilitators will guide you through the session.
