Roku Gin lands in SA

Hello Joburgers, Roku Gin is the latest import to rival SA’s trending gin industry and offers a native edge with a rare flavour base inspired by its home country.

 ‘Roku’, meaning six in Japanese, is a gin that combines six traditional botanicals to create its subtle flavour profile - Sakura flower, Sakura leaf, Yuzu peel, Sencha tea, Gyokuro tea and Sansho pepper.

A multiple distillation process, using a selection of different pot stills, ensures the best flavour is extracted from each botanical. Roku’s bottle is cast in a hexagonal shape, representing each Japanese botanical and is finished with delicate embossing and the kanji symbol for ‘six’ printed on the label made from traditional washi paper finished with subtle touches of gold.
