The ultimate spring cocktail with Roku Gin

With Spring coming up we thought what better way than to sip on a G&T, or better yet – one of Roku’s gin based cocktails?

If you’re looking for a savoury cocktail to enjoy, indulge in either the Roku Negroni with flavours of Umeshu, Campari and orange or the Roku Sour that combines Matcha and Yuzu.  For a more refreshing option, delight in their Roku Sonic – a twist on the classic with the addition of soda water. The most refreshing of them all is their signature serve, the Roku Tonic, a Japanese spin on the classic G&T with the garnishing of ginger.

ROKU TONIC

30ml  Roku 

120ml Tonic                    

Ginger sticks    

Add all ingredients and build.

Serve over cubed ice in a highball glass.

Garnish with ginger slices.

ROKU SONIC     

30ml Roku                     

60ml Tonic water       

60ml Soda water        

Lime garnish                 

Add ice to a highball glass and stir to chill glass. Add Roku and stir to chill the gin. Top with tonic.

SAVOURY

ROKU NEGRONI

30ml Roku                     

15ml Umeshu           

15ml Campari              

Orange twist     

Add all ingredients and build. Serve over a large cube of ice in an Old Fashioned glass.

Garnish withorange zest.

ROKU SOUR

60ml Roku      

5gr Match tea          

1 Egg white           

10ml Yuzu juice           

10ml Lemon juice      

10ml Simple syrup     

Add egg whites to shaker and shake to aerate. 

Add Roku, simple syrup and Match tea and shake. Top with some lemon juice and strain into chilled martini glass.
