Craving a burger? Since you can’t go out and get one why not make one?

· Pure 100% beef patty
· 2 tbs olive oil
· 1 slice cheese
· 1 slice fresh tomato
· fresh lettuce leaves
· Cooked onion
· 1 cup (125ml) Nola Original Mayonnaise
· ¼ cup (60ml) Mango atchar
· Salt and Pepper (to taste)
· Hot vetkoek

Mix the Nola Original Mayonnaise and atchar together.
Cut the Vetkoek open, pour Nola Original Mayonnaise on one side, layer the lettuce leaves. Fry burger patty in olive oil until cooked. Approximately 30 seconds before removing the burger patty from the heat add the slice of cheese on top of the burger
Place burger patty onto lettuce and layer with tomato and salt & pepper to taste, Add the mayo atchar mix. Finish it off with the cooked onion. Close the burger with the remaining Vetkoek half and serve.
